How to Use

The Duo is your full wash-day routine. Use the two steps in order, every wash day.

Shampoo, focus on the scalp. Saturate hair, work the shampoo into a lather in your hands, then massage into your scalp for 60-90 seconds and rinse well. Concentrate on the scalp and let the rinse-through clean the lengths.
Double-cleanse on oil days. If you used our Hair Oil or have product buildup, shampoo twice: the first pass lifts the oil, the second leaves the scalp clean.
Condition, mid-lengths to ends. Apply the conditioner from mid-lengths to ends and skip the scalp. Let it sit 2-5 minutes, gently detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb, then rinse.

How often: shampoo 2-4x a week depending on how oily your scalp gets; condition every wash. Finish with a drop of our Growth & Strengthen Hair Oil through the ends for extra smoothing if you like.

Massage the Nourish & Strengthen Shampoo into a wet scalp with your fingertips and let the lather carry through your lengths, then rinse well. It cleanses without stripping, so hair feels soft, never squeaky.

I was skeptical at first that this shampoo/conditioner made a difference. I purchased it awhile back and used it until it was gone. I didn’t repurchase because I figured it didn’t really do much for my hair. I bought a cheaper shampoo from Target and figured it would be fine. Its been about 2 weeks and I noticed immediately a change in my hair. I have super long dry ends and with the shampoo and conditioner my hair is soft and less frizzy which was a huge issue i’ve been dealing with for a while and have tried different products.

This shampoo and conditioner is amazing. First time using it and already my hair is so soft! will be purchasing again .

My only complaint is the constant “sales.” Prices get raised first, so the “discounted” price ends up being the original price anyway. Feels misleading. In this economy it hurts my feelings to keep advertising false sales lmao. Otherwise, I’m happy with the products. This is my second time buying.
