How long does an order take to arrive?

Processing: 1–3 business days.

U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

International: 7–21 business days (customs may add time). You’ll receive tracking once shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 1 hour of checkout and before a label is created. After that, we can’t modify addresses, items, or cancel.

What’s your return policy?

For hygiene and product integrity, opened products aren’t eligible for return. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of delivery (shipping non-refundable). If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test on animals.

Are your formulas sulfate-, silicone-, and paraben-free?

Yes. We avoid sulfates, silicones, and parabens across our hair oil, shampoo, and conditioner.

How Often Should I Use Mimane Hair Oils?

For best results, we recommend using our hair oils 2-3 times a week. However, usage frequency can vary depending on your hair's needs. You can adjust based on how your hair responds.

How do I patch test?

Apply a small amount behind the ear or inner forearm and leave 24 hours. If redness, burning, or itching occurs, rinse and do not use. Our products include seed/nut oils and essential oils—avoid if you have known allergies.

Will oils clog pores or cause breakouts?

Keep oil off facial skin and hairline, tie hair back for sleep, and shampoo/cleanse thoroughly. Wash pillowcases frequently.

Color-safe?

Yes. Our cleansing system is gentle and free of harsh sulfates.

Extensions/protective styles?

Safe for most extensions—avoid applying oils at bond/adhesive points. For braids or protective styles, use very small amounts on scalp/ends and cleanse regularly.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store tightly closed, away from heat/sun. Best used within 12 months of opening.
