Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as recurring subscriptions. This policy explains how you can update, change, or cancel subscription purchases.


 

Subscriptions

 


When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of the product you selected. Deliveries renew automatically based on the subscription frequency you choose (every 1, 2, or 3 months).


Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each recurring delivery at the time of renewal. Subscription orders begin processing immediately after payment is captured.


If you wish to change or cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time through your customer account portal. Your order confirmation email also includes a link to manage your subscription. Please note that cancellations or changes must be completed before your next renewal is processed, as orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
