Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mimane Glow™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Items returned opened, used, leaking, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition will be denied and are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mimaneglow.com and include:

Clear photos of the item and outer packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need help immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@mimaneglow.com and we will do our best to assist.
