Shipping policy
At Mimane Glow™, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for our customers within the United States. We partner with trusted shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS to ensure your orders are delivered right to your door with care.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, we require 2-5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it’s handed over to the carrier. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may take slightly longer (up to 7 business days).
We only ship within the United States. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct, as we are unable to make changes to the address once the order has been processed through our shipping department.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and location within the U.S.:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include our 2-5 business day processing time.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Mimane cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, postal disruptions, or customs procedures.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
All orders shipped within the U.S. are subject to applicable taxes based on your state’s requirements, which will be calculated at checkout.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Mimane Glow™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) to file a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package to the correct address.
