What does it do?
• A gentle, effective cleanse that helps remove buildup while supporting scalp comfort and hair strength.

How do I use it?
• Thoroughly wet hair. Lather a quarter-size amount at the scalp, massage 60–90 seconds, then rinse. Repeat if you’ve used oils/stylers. Follow with conditioner.

How often should I wash?
• Most hair types do well 2–4×/week. If you oil your scalp, wash on those days. Add a clarifying step 1×/week if you experience heavy buildup.

I have a sensitive scalp—will the shampoo tingle?
• It contains rosemary and tea tree essential oils, which can feel cooling/tingly. If you’re sensitive, use less product, rinse promptly, and avoid leaving lather on the scalp for long. Patch test and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Good at first then drying

Thin and fine hair, heat damaged. It was good at first definitely noticed a difference from last shampoo. But then 1- almost 2 months later it has completely dried my hair. I noticed a lot of itching at first but didn't pay much attention since I've had the same hair routine ever since I started using. A couple days later I washed my hair again, and I had a flight, so I took my hair wet to do heartless rods once I arrived to the airport and when I started to do the rods I noticed so much dandruff on my head.(picture for reference) And the more I tried getting rid of it the worse it got 3 I stopped using and itchiness has stopped

Nourish and strengthen shampoo

I recently purchased the hair care trio after seeing it was advertised as suitable for all hair types. Unfortunately, I’ve had a really bad experience with it. Since using it, I’ve developed severe dandruff, and my scalp burns every time I brush my hair.

Overall, the products haven’t worked for me at all, and I’m very disappointed. I was really hoping they would be a good fit, but they’ve caused more harm than good.

I’d appreciate any guidance or support regarding this issue

I love the business owner, but I’m feeling quite

I love the business owner, but I’m feeling quite upset :( tonight after I used the shampoo my scalp was burning a little bit. The first time I used it, I used a fair amount and it was fine but this second time my scalp had a reaction. I don’t usually have reactions to anything. I love the conditioner but I only use it on the ends of my hairs: the oil is amazing as well. The shampoo is the only product I’ve had an issue with :(

I love it so much. It has made my hair so soft. I definitely will be purchasing again. Can’t wait till they come back in stock. It doesn’t leave your head feeling like you still have product in it. It makes it feel very clean.
