The Duo is your full wash-day routine. Use the two steps in order, every wash day.

1. Shampoo — focus on the scalp. Saturate hair, work the shampoo into a lather in your hands, then massage into your scalp for 60–90 seconds and rinse well. Concentrate on the scalp; let the rinse-through clean the lengths.
2. Double-cleanse on oil days. If you used our Hair Oil or have product buildup, shampoo twice — the first pass lifts the oil, the second leaves the scalp clean and balanced.
3. Condition — mid-lengths to ends. Apply the conditioner from mid-lengths to ends and skip the scalp. Let it sit 2–5 minutes, gently detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb, then rinse.

How often: shampoo 2–4x a week depending on how oily your scalp gets; condition every wash. Finish with a drop of our Growth & Strengthen Hair Oil through the ends for extra smoothing if you like.
