My hair stopped feeling like straw when I stopped treating wash day as one step
What actually helped my frizzy, straw-dry ends. The short version.

My hair drank product and stayed dry
Quick honesty before anything else: I started Mimane Glow because my own hair stayed frizzy and dry no matter what I bought. Smooth for exactly one day after a mask, frizz by noon, ends like straw by day three.
And I tried it all.
- The $60 smoothing mask? Silky for exactly one day.
- The anti-frizz serum? Coated my hair for a morning. Frizz by noon.
- Sleeping on silk? Nice, and it could not add moisture my ends weren't keeping.
I was starting to think it was just my hair. It wasn't.
Every wash restarts the cycle
Here is the part nobody explained to me: frizz is mostly hair asking for moisture it isn't keeping.
The fix wasn't a new product. It was the way I was using them.
So I rebuilt wash day as three steps
Wash day is really three jobs: clean the scalp, soften the lengths, seal the ends. I could not find products built to do all three together. So I made them.

The Wash
Shampoo focused on the scalp, not the lengths, so hair starts the week clean without being stripped.

The Condition
Work through mid-lengths to ends, leave it 2 to 3 minutes, rinse. This is where detangling gets easier.

The Seal
On damp or dry hair, run 2 to 4 drops of oil through the ends. A little is enough.
Rooted in nature, built to perform
Everything in these bottles is plant-based, and not because it sounds nice. Every ingredient earned its spot by doing a job your hair can feel.

The Shampoo
Aloe, cucumber, rosemary, tea tree, and caffeine. A scalp-first clean that doesn't strip.

The Conditioner
Shea butter, argan, keratin, and silk protein. Softness and slip for the lengths.

The Oil
The Glow Complex: jojoba, argan, rosemary, and six more oils that seal the ends.
Full ingredient lists for all three are below, under Ingredients.
The routine, in one box
It was never one product. It was the routine, so we boxed it, in order.
Many people notice softer, easier-to-detangle hair in the first week or two. The rest builds wash by wash.

Don't take my word for it
What it felt like for me, week by week, and what customers keep writing.
Week 1 Softer by the first wash. Small, but real.
Week 2 Fewer broken pieces in the brush. Detangling took less time.
Week 4 I wore my hair down two days in a row. That was new.
“From the very first use, my hair felt noticeably softer, smoother, and so much easier to manage.”
“Its been about 2 weeks and I noticed immediately a change in my hair. I have super long dry ends and with the shampoo and conditioner my hair is soft and less frizzy which was a huge issue i've been dealing with for a while and have tried different products.”
My hair has never looked this healthy and hydrated. I can actually wear my hair down. I love my curls now and they have the hydration they needed.
“One of the first things I noticed was how soft and smooth my hair felt. My hair looks shinier, feels more manageable, and has a healthier glow.”
Questions, answered
Will this work for my hair type?
The routine is built for most hair types, straight to curly. The variable is dose: fine hair wants 1 to 2 drops of oil, thick or curly hair can take more.
Will the oil make my hair greasy?
Not the way it's used here. It's 2 to 4 drops on the ends, not the roots. It absorbs instead of sitting on top, and most people use less than they think they need.
How fast will I notice anything?
Many people notice softer, easier-to-detangle hair within the first few washes. The rest builds wash by wash. It's a routine, not a miracle.
I see some hair in the shower when I condition. Is that normal?
Everyone sheds naturally every day, and slip makes it easier to see because strands that would have tangled now release. What you want to watch over time is snapping mid-strand, which is breakage. That's what the routine is built to help with: stronger-feeling, easier-to-detangle hair.
What if I only want to replace my shampoo and conditioner?
The Wash Duo is the two wash-day steps on their own. The oil is the step that carries you between washes, which is why the Glow Kit is where most people start.
Isn't this just rosemary oil?
Rosemary is one of the oils, not the whole idea. A single oil sits on top of whatever wash day left behind. The routine cleanses, conditions, then seals the ends. The oil is the last step, not the whole plan.
Allergies?
Contains nut-derived oils (argan, babassu). Patch test first if you have nut sensitivities.
