My hair kept snapping

Wash day is really three jobs: clean the scalp, soften the lengths, seal the ends. I could not find products built to do all three together. So I made them.

The Condition
Work through mid-lengths to ends, leave it 2 to 3 minutes, rinse. This is where detangling gets easier.
The Seal
On damp or dry hair, run 2 to 4 drops of oil through the ends. A little is enough.

Questions, answered
Will this work for my hair type?
The routine is built for most hair types, straight to curly. The variable is dose: fine hair wants 1 to 2 drops of oil, thick or curly hair can take more.
Will the oil make my hair greasy?
Not the way it's used here. It's 2 to 4 drops on the ends, not the roots. It absorbs instead of sitting on top, and most people use less than they think they need.
How fast will I notice anything?
Many people notice softer, easier-to-detangle hair within the first few washes. The rest builds wash by wash. It's a routine, not a miracle.
I see some hair in the shower when I condition. Is that normal?
Everyone sheds naturally every day, and slip makes it easier to see because strands that would have tangled now release. What you want to watch over time is snapping mid-strand, which is breakage. That's what the routine is built to help with: stronger-feeling, easier-to-detangle hair.
What if I only want to replace my shampoo and conditioner?

Isn't this just rosemary oil?
Rosemary is one of the oils, not the whole idea. A single oil sits on top of whatever wash day left behind. The routine cleanses, conditions, then seals the ends. The oil is the last step, not the whole plan.
