How do I use it?

• Start by thoroughly wetting hair. Lather a quarter-size amount of shampoo at the scalp, massaging for 60–90 seconds to lift buildup. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed, especially after using oils or styling products. Follow with the conditioner, applying from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through, leave for 2–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For extra moisture, leave a pea-sized amount of conditioner on the ends.
  

How often should I use it?

• Most hair types do well with 2–4 washes per week. If you use oil treatments, wash on those days. A clarifying step once a week is recommended if you experience buildup from stylers or hard water.
